Positive, The location was excellent, just a short walk from Chipichape Mall. The room I stayed in was spacious, with a comfy bed and great air conditioning. Staff were super respectful.

The room was brand-new and complete with comfortable beds as well as good breakfast, I had everything needed. The breakfast was savoury, a lot of great food. The location was particularly good and excellent, within a close distance from an outdoor sculpture. The staff was helpful at all levels: )

It was exceptionally comfortable and absolutely great hotel for shopping. The venue was placed 16 miles away from the airport. Stayed for 3 nights, the staff was very pleasant during all this time.

Street noise is a significant nuisance. Sounds of cars and early morning activity invade your peace. The bathroom suffers from mildew in the grout, and the shower's glass floating shelf is a hazard, sitting uncomfortably at neck height. Room access has switched back to basic hard keys, stripping away some modern conveniences.

Well, i almost thought about leaving a good review but, then the mildew in the shower grout and the tiny towel situation made me think twice. With all the buzz about their amenities, i certainly expected a complimentary upgrade-what a letdown. The staff seemed busy while i was left to deal with my discomfort.

It was just a perfect match for a lightning trip in Cali with attractive and competitive value for money. The staff was nice enough to accommodate my late check-out, which really helped since I wasn't feeling well. Make sure to ask for a quiet room away from the street noise for some peace.

i enjoyed my stay in a spacious superior king room where i found the air conditioning on point, and the hotel's short walk to chilichape mall made dining and shopping super easy for my weekend exploration, especially with the beautiful monumento aves del rio just a bit farther down the street for a nice stroll.

The location was perfect for walking to the Chipichape Mall. We also visited the nearby Jorge Isaacs Theater for a fun family evening. The spacious superior king room kept everyone comfortable.

Housekeeping was quite disappointing. Our room was cleaned only twice during our six-night stay, and there were issues with the bathroom flush and overall cleanliness. It detracted from an otherwise positive experience, especially considering the hotel's effort to cater primarily to corporate clients.

I loved how the staff allowed my partner to sneak in early to surprise me with a room decoration. The rooftop terrace was perfect for soaking up some sun, and the pool area offered a chill vibe for relaxation. The only hiccup was a mix-up with housekeeping on one day, but it didn't take away from our fun. 😊
